Strategic Move for A2S Blog

As part of the development of its vertical integration strategy, in order to better serve the market and establish its credibility, A2S took a stake in the capital of manufacturer FONTECK INDUSTRIES B.V., up to 11%. Based in Rotterdam in the Netherlands, the company is specialized in the design and the production of explosion-proof equipments, a growing niche where A2S wishes to take a full part in the development of products.

“This industrial cooperation should enable A2S increase its value creation while staying focused on his heart craft,” says Nicolas Sevestre, manager of A2S. Result of this partnership, synergies between the two companies have rapidly developed. In terms of R & D, four areas are privileged, namely, Communication, Electrical Connection Equipment, HVAC & Refrigeration Systems and Components, and Motors. In terms of business strategy, new FONTECK products will soon be on the market by A2S
