Always connected - use COM-DATA-4G to maintain seamless connectivity with Eaton SecureConnect™. Configure the transmitter as a backup to a wired Ethernet connection, without worrying about power outages or bad connections.
Independent Connectivity - No need to connect to a box or router, the COM-DATA-4G can provide full connectivity to Eaton SecureConnect™ without requiring a wired connection. It is ideal for temporary installations or premises without an Internet connection.
Adaptive technology - The COM-DATA-4G will always search for the best possible GSM signal, automatically switching between 4G and 2G technologies.
Secure Connectivity - Tested by Eaton's Center of Excellence for Cybersecurity, the COM-DATA-4G is designed to deliver enhanced security, utilizing unparalleled protection against digital threats and risks
Slow or Unstable Internet - If a site has a slow or unstable Internet connection, the panel can be configured to be connected to the Cloud via GSM only or configured with backup in the event of an Internet failure, the COMDATA-4G can be used by a control panel that will remain connected to Eaton SecureConnect in the event of Internet failure.
ISP issue - If the ISP fails, the panel can be configured to use the GSM connection as a backup, the COM-DATA-4G will only be used if the network fails .
Power outages - in the event of a mains power outage, it is likely that the internet connection will stop working. The panel can be configured to use the GSM connection as backup. The COM-DATA-4G will be used to provide connection to Eaton SecureConnect in the event of a power failure.
