Explosion-proof Ex Robustel telephones are intended for explosive gas or dust atmospheres according to the following protection: II2G Ex emb [ib] IIC T6 Gb, II2D Ex t IIIC T80 ° C IP66 Db, I M2 Ex emb [ib] I Mb – 25 ° C ≤ Ta ≤ 60 ° C. They are connected to the analog socket of the telephone exchange with the parameters 24 V DC to 66 V DC. The phone cases are of special materials preventing the accumulation of electrostatic charges on the phone cover.
