TYPICAL RISKS IN THE INDUSTRY
The risk of fire is one of the most frequent risks that endangers our lives and our property. It represents the greatest threat especially when it occurs inside buildings where a multitude of flammable substances combine with a complicated layout of the building. It is possible to limit this risk considerably by simply using an evacuation sound system.
The evacuation sound system most often connects an electric fire alarm system and a sound evacuation system. The rigorous technical requirements imposed on these systems are governed by national legislation and standards in the majority of countries. However, customer demands have influenced these requirements more significantly than legal standards. In fact, customers do not ask for a simple monovalent system that can only be used in an emergency, but want to provide modern versatile sound solutions for spaces, adaptable exactly to their specific needs, in accordance with the requirements of public address systems and easily interconnectable with other systems which may be controlled by the customer or by other systems. Thanks to these advantages, clients see a significant portion of their investment costs reduced.
The sound solutions for indoor and outdoor spaces in the industrial sector offered by A2S, are based on a high-quality modular system of sound, alarm and evacuation named Amadeo. Over the years, this system has been successfully used in many industrial companies and establishments, both in Slovakia and abroad.

SOUND SYSTEM IN ONE BUILDING
This solution is suitable for premises where a sound distribution system can be satisfied using a single central unit. The spaces are divided into independent sections, in which the sound signal is broadcast selectively. Control stations, usually in the form of an OCP16 control station, are connected to the control panel to allow input of audio signals from other sources, activation of broadcasts and signals stored in digital memory, as well as the administration of other connected devices.
The Vektra software can also be connected to the Vektra electronic central unit, which extends the possibilities and functionality of the system by adding a computer. Generally, 100V speakers are sufficient to provide sound for interiors, but Amadeo technologies also make it possible to provide sound for extremely noisy interiors or large outdoor spaces using more powerful pressure speakers.
SOUND SYSTEM IN A BUILDING SET
The solution is based on Amadeo product technologies and requires efficient distribution of sound from the central electronic unit to a number of buildings. Thus, the system is designed as a multi-level system, with a local electronic unit in each building. 100V speakers are connected to the central units in each building, and can be distributed by floors and rooms. More remote areas, such as an outdoor area of a building complex, can be provided with sound using high-performance pressure speakers or small, versatile Screamer or Bono sirens. Pavian high-performance electronic sirens can also be connected to the system.
The local electronic units can be administered and controlled from the Amadeo electronic central unit, and can be connected by wire using the existing IT infrastructure and the TCP/IP protocol, or wirelessly by radio.
It is possible to optimize the performance of the system by integrating various elements such as sensors, detectors of harmful substances, beacons, strobe light signals, cameras, etc. Using Vektra® software in conjunction with the Amadeo system, one can control multiple data acquisition and monitoring (SCADA) systems such as gantries, barriers, ventilation technologies and various electromechanical regulators. The system can be expanded with additional functions such as population alerts, gathering management and monitoring.

- Use of OCP16 operator control panels or LCU15 local controls connected to the local control unit,
- Use of any computer present in the building equipped with Vektra® software) which is connected to the nearest local Amadeo central unit via Ethernet (TCP/IP)
REASONS TO OPT FOR THIS SOLUTION
- Allows to respond adequately to needs, without adding unnecessary elements that could increase investment costs.
- The system allows transmission of live voice messages using a microphone, automatic broadcast of pre-recorded announcements stored on internal memory, broadcast of radio broadcasts from a built-in FM receiver, playback of files from a USB stick or external signal source, as well as, with add-ons, playback of live broadcasts from a mobile phone .
- The system has backup batteries to ensure power in the event of a power outage. Thus, it can continue to operate even in the absence of electricity.
- For a sound system that can be easily connected to modern electronic sirens of the national alert system or to sirens that are part of local stand-alone systems.
- Possibility of connecting a central unit as a standard network device, thus allowing it to be shared while respecting access rights through the building's computer network. This makes it possible to use the IT infrastructure already present in the building.
