How to return your A2S products
STEP 1: COMPLETE THE MATERIAL SHIPPING FORM
SHIPPING SHEET
This document will accompany your package when it arrives in our workshops, in order to ensure efficient handling of your equipment. You will therefore simply need to download the equipment shipping form and fill it out in full.
STEP 2: PACK THE DEVICE SO THAT IT IS SECURE
- Pack the device in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging)
- Properly position the device
- Do not attach accessories or charger(s) (EXCEPT if a fault is found on the power supply or accessory)
STEP 3: ATTACH THE RECEIPT SHEET AND THE QUOTE
- Attach the duly completed shipping form
- Attach the quote made by our team
STEP 4: PASTE THE ADDRESS VISIBLY
Stick the destination address in a visible place to facilitate the transport of your package to our workshop.
