Obtain your ATEX level 0 accreditation in order to carry out your missions in the presence of explosive atmospheres. This 4-hour training is designed to train professionals who may be exposed to explosive atmospheres as part of their work. ATEX level 0 training allows employers to fulfill their training obligations according to the requirements of Article R.4227-49 of the Labor Code. This article provides that when explosive atmospheres may be formed and represent a risk to the health and safety of workers or other persons, the employer must take the necessary measures to train workers in explosion protection.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES OF
ATEX TRAINING LEVEL 0

  • Understanding the Risks Associated with Explosive Atmospheres: Participants will learn the basic concepts of explosions and explosive atmospheres and the potential hazards to workers.
  • Know the regulations and standards: ATEX level 0 training includes an introduction to international, European and national regulations and standards concerning explosive atmospheres.
  • Learn protective methods: Participants will learn protective methods for working safely in the presence of explosive atmospheres, such as personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency evacuation methods.
  • Implementing Good Practices: Participants will learn good practices for working safely in the presence of explosive atmospheres, including procedures for avoiding ignition sources and good methods for working with electrical equipment.
  • Safety Awareness: ATEX Level 0 training aims to make workers aware of the potential dangers in explosive areas and to teach them protective measures to avoid them.
