Any order automatically implies full acceptance of these conditions. These conditions may not be modified by contrary stipulations that may appear on the customer's purchase orders or in its general conditions. Orders are subject to acceptance on our part.

• PRICE :

Our prices are exclusive of tax, ex-works Aix-en-Provence, packaging and postage extra, subject to change depending on current economic, monetary and fiscal conditions.

• MINIMUM BILLING:

€250 net HT , flat rate of €25 net HT if lower.

• PORT :

Delivery extra throughout metropolitan France. Other destinations please contact us. In all cases, shipping costs (round trip) remain the responsibility of the customer.

• OPENING AN ACCOUNT:

For any account opening, RIB required, payment in cash upon order or upon receipt by transfer or check without discount.

• PAYMENT TERMS:

FRANCE

Payment upon order for any first order.
Then payment within 30 days net subject to validation by A2S when opening the customer account.

EXPORT

Payment upon order.
Subject to exemption, payment of 30% to 50% upon ordering and the balance before shipment of the goods.

Any delay will be subject to penalties corresponding to 1.5 times the legal interest rate on the amount not paid on the due date.

The products are payable in due time, the sole fact of non-payment on one of the scheduled due dates automatically results in the forfeiture of the term, the entire debt becoming immediately due within 10 days after sending a formal notice to pay which has remained in vain, without it being necessary to complete any legal formality.

Any recovery through litigation automatically results in, at the customer's expense, compensation set, as a penalty clause, at 15% of the contract for unpaid invoices on their due date, without prejudice to claims that may be made under Article 700 of the NCPC

• NON-PAYMENT:

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend all deliveries until payment of the amounts due.

• TIME LIMIT :

Our delivery times and availability are given as an indication, subject to prior sale: they may be revised depending on actual supply or manufacturing conditions.

• TRANSPORTATION :

Our goods travel by fast carrier or express courier.

• GUARANTEE :

Our products are guaranteed for one year for parts and labor, for equipment repaired in our Massy workshops, from their delivery date, against any manufacturing defect.

Our warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of parts that we have recognized as defective, provided that:

- the fault observed does not originate from an external cause such as: connection error, incorrect operation, shock, short circuit, etc.

- the equipment has not been repaired or modified by the user or a third party.

Any abnormal use or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, any transformation of the materials will result in the termination of the warranty.

In no case will the defective device give rise to any compensation whatsoever due to immobilization or a production shutdown.

• RETURN OF GOODS:

No return of goods can be made without our prior agreement.

The return of goods must be in their original condition, accompanied by a voucher mentioning the invoice number corresponding to the returned material, the costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

THREE DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, no complaints will be considered.

We reserve the right to either replace this item or issue a credit note for the value of the purchase price after an appraisal by our inspection department, with a report being sent to our customers. The factory reserves the right to refuse all or part of this return in the event of an unfavorable appraisal.

• RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP:

The goods remain our property until full payment of the sale price and we reserve the right to claim ownership of the goods sold, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 121 and 122 of the law of January 25, 1985.

• JURISDICTION:

In the event of a dispute, only the Court of Aix-en-Provence will have jurisdiction.
