Terms of Sales

Any order automatically implies full acceptance of these conditions. These cannot be modified by contrary stipulations which may appear on the customer's order forms or on its general conditions. Orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• PRICE:

Our prices are exclusive of tax, departure from Aix-En-Provence, packaging, postage not included, liable to vary according to the economic, monetary and fiscal conditions of the moment.

• MINIMUM BILLING:

€250 net excluding VAT, flat rate of €25 net excluding VAT if lower.

• SHIPPING:

Delivery in addition throughout metropolitan France. Other destinations contact us. In all cases the shipping costs (round trip) remain the responsibility of the customer.

• ACCOUNT OPENING:

For any opening of an account, bank details required, payment in cash on order or on receipt by transfer or check without discount.

• PAYMENT TERMS:

FRANCE

Pay-per-order for any first order.
Then payment at 30 days net subject to validation by A2S when opening the customer account.

EXPORT

Payment on order.
Subject to derogation, payment of 30% to 50% on order and the balance before shipment of the goods.

Any delay will be sanctioned by penalties corresponding to 1.5 times the legal interest rate on the amount not paid on the due date.

The products are payable on time, the mere fact of non-payment on one of the due dates automatically entails the forfeiture of the term, the entire debt becoming immediately payable within 10 days after the sending of a formal notice to pay remained in vain, without it being necessary to complete any legal formality.

Any recovery through litigation automatically entails, at the customer's expense, compensation set, as a penalty clause, at 15% of the contract for unpaid invoices on their due date, without prejudice to any claims that may be made under NCPC Section 700

• NON-PAYMENT:

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend any delivery until payment of the sums due.

• DEADLINES:

Our delivery times and availability are given as an indication, subject to sale in the meantime: they may be revised according to actual supply or manufacturing conditions.

• TRANSPORTATION:

Our goods travel by fast carrier or express courier.

• WARRANTY:

Our products are guaranteed for one year parts and labor, for equipment repaired in our workshops in Massy, from their date of delivery, against any manufacturing defect.

Our warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of parts that we have recognized as defective, provided that:

- the fault found is not caused by an external cause such as: connection error, incorrect operation, shock, short-circuit, etc.

- the material has not been repaired or modified by the user or a third party.

Any abnormal use or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, any transformation of the equipment will result in the termination of the guarantee.

Under no circumstances may the defective device give rise, for any reason whatsoever, to any compensation whatsoever due to immobilization or a stoppage of production.

• RETURN OF GOODS:

No return of goods can be made without our prior agreement.

The return of goods must be in its original condition, accompanied by a voucher mentioning the invoice number corresponding to the material returned, the costs of returning goods are your responsibility.

THREE DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, no complaints will be considered.

We reserve the right either to replace this article, or to establish a credit for the value of the purchase price after expertise by our inspection department, a report being sent to our customers. The factory reserves the right to refuse all or part of this return in the event of an unfavorable assessment.

• RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP:

The goods remain our property until full receipt of the sale price and we reserve the right to claim ownership of the goods sold, in accordance with the provisions of articles 121 and 122 of the law of January 25, 1985.

• JURISDICTION:

In the event of a dispute, only the Court of Aix-en-Provence will be competent.
