Shipping Methods
Shipping methods We use 2 shipping methods for our goods, depending on the weight of the packages. - From 0 to 30 kg (maximum height of 1.5 m): by express transport. They are shipped via CHRONOPOST with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this shipping method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online. - Over 30 kg: by carrier
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Delivery times
Our delivery times vary depending on product availability, shipping method and destination country.
Packages in stock are generally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs
Our goods are delivered free of charge throughout mainland France for purchases over €500 excluding VAT. For any delivery below this amount, a flat rate of €16 excluding VAT is charged for orders placed online.
Orders can be delivered in several installments depending on your needs and under certain conditions.
Outside mainland France, customs, shipping and packaging fees are charged extra.
