The new Ex-Handy 10 Classic mode is intended for zones 1/21 and Division 1, or zones 2/22 Division 2. It is limited to phone-related features only. All Google services have been disabled and Android functionality has been limited to further improve performance of basic features. Nonetheless, Ex Handy 10 CLASSIC mode is packed with features that enable convenient “Phone Only” operation.

The Smart-Ex 02M comes with the same unrivaled features as the Zone 1 / Division 1 smartphone, the Smart-Ex 02: Same performance, same features, same qualities. Of course, it's also unlocked, can be used with dirty or wet work gloves and has a powerful battery for a long day of work.

However, it is important to know that the Smart-Ex02M is a standalone device with its own mining certification. With an ambient temperature range of 0°C to +50°C, it is approved and certified for use in ATEX IECEx mining areas.

The combination of our standard hearing protection headset Ex-Handy 10 + optional RSM-Ex 01, enables clear PTT (Push To Talk) communication even in extremely noisy environments, such as in the area of ​​a steam cracker in running or other noisy motors.
